This client didn’t go to a doctor for a diagnosis, but the symptoms were consistent with whooping cough or 100 day cough.
This what he did to treat his symptoms.
Lifestyle
Plenty of rest
Propped up on a wedge as much as possible
Kept hydrated
Vitamins
- Liposomal C – 6-10+ grams per day
- Thorne Vit D / K2, 3 drops a day = 1500iu D (would have used more for someone with suspected Vit D deficiency)
- PRL Max B liquid complex (any good quality B complex would do)
- Codoil liver oil 1 tsp
Other Nutritional
- First two days when throat very sore, only ate soup made from bone broth, onion, butternut and warming spices
- Vidafy curcumin plus with ginger (potent curcumin supplement) – usual dose of 10 drops per day
- Now Quercetin + bromelain – 2 x 2 a day
- Zinc
- Ivermectin
- 2 x throat lozenges rotated – Sambucol blackcurrant sugar free / Blis honey and ginger with oral probiotics
Essential oils
- 5 drops Olbas oil in diffuser (eucalyptus, wintergreen, peppermint, juniper, clove, cajeput)
- if no improvement, would have used same or similar in an steam inhaler
Energy healing
- EFT immunity tapping – read about how to do this here, about halfway down the page. It will be beneficial to read the other articles on tapping on the same site.
- Bioptron
- Immunity – Oxyspray, then 4 mins white on thymus
- Throat – 10 mins blue on throat chakra, followed by 1 min orange
- Then 1 min orange in mouth, 4 mins white each L side of throat, and R side
- Later used fullerene on rib pain from coughing and on C7 for blood cleansing
Results
There are other protocols from our article for managing winter illness that would have been added in if needed. But rather than 100 days, the worst of the cough was over in about three days.
It should be noted that this was a person with good immunity who was already taking base levels of vitamin C, curcumin and other supplements. For others, it may take longer.
